Our history
After years of wearing multiple hats — from Director of HR and Permit Coordinator at a solar company to co-running a successful family-owned cleaning and carpentry business — I’ve seen firsthand how business operations can make or break a company. I’ve been in the trenches fixing broken processes, cleaning up messy books, organizing data that had been overlooked for years, and building systems that allow teams to work smarter — not harder.
What started as a necessity became a passion: helping businesses reset what isn’t working and raise the standard for how they run. I realized there’s a real need for someone who can step in, assess the chaos, and create structure — without overwhelming the business owner.
That’s why I started Raise & Reset Consulting. My mission is to help small to mid-sized companies clean up their operations, rebuild sustainable systems, and unlock growth with clarity and confidence.
